Cruci-Fetus is a punk band from Lungcancer, Ohio (20 miles outside Columbus) who formed in 2001 under the name Corporate Whore. The name was changed to Cruci-Fetus in 2003 because we discovered the name was taken. The band recorded a 5-song demo in 2003 that got regional attention including play on college radio and good zine reviews. Cruci-Fetus became notorious locally and state-wide for violent and dysfunctional shows and offensive anti-political songs such as "George W Cunt", "Whore", and "Drunk On Power". After only a few shows, the band's main song writer, Sweeney quit the band during a drunken on-stage fight. The band continued to play and record new songs untill the the spring of 2005 when the band fell apart due to extreme alcohol abuse during shows and playing really shitty. By the end of 2005 the two original members reformed Cruci-Fetus and continue to play with whoever they can find to drum.
